I live in/near Mumbai – Can I come pick up the desk?

Yes. Please call our number +91 9324111112 to schedule will-call pickup at our warehouse. When making the call you’ll be asked to verify order number and billing address. Please allow a 2-hr window for us to process request.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping will be done with Blue Dart/Delhivery/Fedex or the courier service whose rating will be good in your area, Each product has a different price.

Where all do you deliver the products?

All across India!

Do you do international shipment?

Yes, we do. But customer needs to pay shipping charges.

Backordered Items?

In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out of stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Deliveries are contingent upon our logistics partners and as such we are unable to give pinpoint timeframes. Having said that, normally, the delivery time frames are as below: Within 5 to 7 working days of dispatching your order.

What happens when I am not at home when you deliver?

In case you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our logistics partner will arrange a new time with you by calling you. There will be 3 free delivery attempts post-which a re-delivery fee will be levied to you.

I can’t find my delivery?

Don’t worry! If you have your Order number and your delivery hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of placing your orders, please get in touch with us via e-mail at sales@mojodesk.co.in or call us at +91-8591760746. Don’t forget to mention your Order number when you contact us. We promise we’ll bring your package even from Mars!

Are the desks shipped assembled or disassembled?

Desks are shipped disassembled, but come with all parts (including screws and tools) that are needed for assembly. Depending on the model, it may come in two or three boxes. Assembly time should be less than 30 mins.

What if my shipment was missing an item or component?

If your shipment was missing a package or a component of the desk, please call us on 8591760746 with your order id and indicate the missing item or parts. We will have a new item/parts shipped out to you right away. Please note that sometimes boxes come to you separately due to how our logistics partner or the chosen logistic routes these packages. In such case please check with the carrier first before determining your item(s) is missing.

What if my items arrived damaged?

Many of our desks are large and heavy. When you receive your package we strongly recommend you to check condition of the outer box and look for obvious damages before signing for it. Please let the delivery man know of the damage as he/she will put it in the paperwork. We would then recommend that you open the box that contains the desktop to inspect for concealed damage.
