Warranty & Support Services for Height Adjustable Desk

Your satisfaction is our first priority here at MOJO. That’s why we’re pleased to offer a limited warranty that covers defects in material or workmanship on all new MOJO products. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.  Only consumers purchasing MOJO products from authorised MOJO retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

What happens if my product is defective?

In case of any manufacturing defect, MOJO will ship you (at no charge to you) the defective part. MOJO is unable to provide a replacement product, and repair is not practical or cannot be completed in a timely manner, we request customer to keep patience to arrange the spare part.

Do I have to pay shipping costs for a replacement product?

In the rare event that your MOJO product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item shipped at no cost to you. We use Blue Dart surface or similar to ship replacement products, but expedited shipping is available if you choose to pay the additional expense.

How to file a claim?

Filing a claim for warranty service is quick and easy. Simply contact customer service via email at sales@mojodesk.co.in or at +91-8591760746.
Make sure you have your tax invoice or other proof of purchase handy. You will need to provide evidence of the date and place of purchase for your MOJO product.

What is not covered?

Our warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

  1. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  2. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, liquid spillage, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
  3. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by MOJO.
  4. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product’s intended use.
  5. Our warranty is void if a product label is removed, damaged or tampered or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover)

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at sales@mojodesk.co.in or Call on +91-8591760746 . There will be the 6% cancellation charges. And iIf  the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery at that point, it cannot be cancelled and will need to go through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, MOJO will deduct the cost of forward & return shipping from your refund.

What is your return policy?

We usually do not accept returns of height adjustable desk frame / standing desk / accessories / sit stand desk converter due to logistical difficulties and expenses. However, we may accept them on a case-to-case basis if the item has a manufacturing defect.
